Understanding the Client’s Company
First, we scheduled a call with the client at their convenient time to understand the nature of their business, their current Accounting process, Status of the books, Pending items and area of improvements. Further, we collect all the needed documents such as, Bank Statements, Credit Card Statements, Invoices,Bills, and Loan Statements etc., along with Accounting Software access and Statements.
Identifying and Preparing the Accounts
After getting all the data and software access, we start to review the accounts and update the data in accounting software to match the Balance with Statements. Once all the data gets up to date for respective months, we start to review the Financial Statements and make sure all income and expenses are posted to appropriate General Ledger.
Interaction with the Client to Improve Comprehension
Throughout the Financial Review process,we keep track of things that are unaccounted under any category of income or expenditure, so we prepare a separate list that will be discussed with the client for more details and explanations.
Customer’s Feedback is Revised
The final outcome is sent across to the client for feedback and suggestions. The client can review that and come back to us with any changes at their earliest.
Completion and Maintenance
